Four members of ICE were trying to get someone out of a car, and they all came out of the white van that is pictured below. This happened in the Mcdonalds parking lot and left shortly after I arrived.
About 5 unmarked ICE vehicles with lights on, all presumably for one car. Just off the vandalia street exit on 94.
Was customs a border patrol vehicle, pulled over on the side of the road. May be nothing, but thought I’d report just in case.
Large Law Enforcement Presence:
Orchard St & N 32nd St
Several NSP troopers and undercover officers are currently on scene at what appears to be a standoff. Law enforcement officers are issuing commands for an individual to exit a residence.
A group of people has gathered nearby and is shouting at law enforcement. Some individuals in the crowd are claiming the operation is related to ICE enforcement.
We can now confirm that law enforcement officers wearing HSI and FBI vests are present on scene.

Ice stopped at kwik trip and took someone and left their car in the middle of the parking lot. They are actively driving around trailer homes and factories.
Dept. of Homeland Security helicopter (tail number N893N) circling downtown St. Paul and surrounding area on Tuesday January 13 around noon.
5-10 ice officers setting up fencing outside of the airport. I wasnt able to get a picture but I got a screenshot of the general area right of of u.s 62.
Several officers in plainclothes with police vests were stopped along the street and talking to people. Left area at 4:45pm.
On my way home from school I saw ice stop a vehicle, it was about a group of 6 ice agents. If u plan on going to Sam’s club I suggest u don’t because they are right by it. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a photo because we were on the highway :(.
About 4-5 ICE vehicles with lights on that trapped in a small white sedan. 8-10 officers. Caused traffic and the traffic is present on maps still.
