Masked officers. Generic vehicles. Pulled over car and asked for something and immediately threw the person in back seat to the ground. Person they were tackling didn’t seem to be armed at all. Multiple officers on site. Screamed at people for recording. Directly in front of cvs on the Dixie and forest hill blvd intersection.
Believe the license plate number on one of the cars was 75EYCY

Ice reportedly took 3 people (about 9:15am) near the Home Depot at 51 N Mccain Drive. Frederick, MD 21702

Unsure if ICE, but three white male officers with green “police” vests on, no marked police car seen on site. Did not get photo because at first I thought it was a wellness check and then saw the third male in the back of the building alley when I walked around the block.
