Out of vehicle, either in Caribou or Qdoba in strip mall. 2 other vehicles also confirmed in the same parking lot, no pictures were taken. Also no front plates, back out of state plates and tinted windows.

Large passenger vans seen in the parking lot with on driver seen in ICE uniform. Talking with cart pusher confirmed local Baltimore county Walmarts being used for staging operations. Driver was a white male about 240 lbs

2 black large suvs, 3 white trucks with shells, unmarked with CA EXEMPT plates, and tinted windows seen in and leaving the sprouts parking lot. White trucks last seen heading east on Polk Ave. Unsure where suvs went.
